From the analysis of an act of remem-brance, in this work we intend to study the way
in which the different articulations between local
and national, community and state take shape in
the configuration of memories and justice claims
process. Furthermore, we are interested in exami-
ning the manner in which friendship and solidarity
bonds tie political relationships in the present.
