Meio ambiente como tema transversal

The article reports on the performance of two projects developed with third-grade children in a public school setting. The experience privileged the transversal environment theme, through book-reading, lectures and interviews carried out by the students, and through a visit made to an energy company. The results, according to the author, were excellent and the students presented better performance in school and more sociable behavior.
