Abstract

In the present interview, granted to Eliana Monteiro da Silva, the historian Carô Murgel narrates her trajectory as a researcher of Brazilian Popular Music composers, beginning with her performance as a singer, going through the studies of History and Cultural History, until she enters the universe of song cataloging more than 7,500 authors of lyrics and music, who lived between the 19th and 21st centuries.
