Considerations about the contents of gama globulina in the plasma of the hereford cattle breed

In this research the authors have determined the plasmatic contents of gama globulin in the Hereford Cattle breed in Rio Grande do Sul. They are using the Frattini Turbidimetric Method, with photocolorimetric reading, for their findings. The conclusions reached by the authors are: There are no significant variations in the plasmatic contents of gama globulin, as to sex and age. The arithmetical sampling average was 1.16 ± 0.034 g %, with the following partial averages: 1.24 ± 0.055g %; 1.05 ± 0.067 g % and 1.20 ± 0.055 g %, respectively, for the group of young male animals, young females and adult females.
