The qualitatives and quantitatives comparison of the Indirect fluorescent antibody technique for horse toxoplasmosis was made comparing the obtained results with the M.B.D. test results. A hundred serum specimens were examined and the agreement between qualitative results was over 87% and there was a good agreement among antibody titers in quantitative values, that was over 70% including difference of one dilution. The M.B.D. test detected higher titers than IFI.Downloads
