Audiovisual interactions with creative processes: a field of experimentation

This paper discusses audiovisual experimentation in the context of contemporary production. The interaction between its creative processes and performing arts will be analyzed based on the artistic projects of documentary filmmaker Evaldo Mocarzel and body artist Roberto Alencar. This study is part of a broader field of research that proposes an approach to the great diversity of artistic manifestation from the perspective of its modes of production: criticism of creative processes. Theoretical reflections concerning matters involving contemporary production will be presented: archive exploration and the varying relations between process and art work.
