This paper analyses traveler´s testimonies translated by Rodolfo Tro for Orígenes (1944-1956). Its purpose is to contextualize and explain what those voices from 19th Century said in the frame of this literary magazine, which is one the paradigmatic cultural projects in the mid-20th Century in Latin America.Downloads
