This work intends to supply a perspective about space and its relations to the processe of subjectivity and memory. Based on the definition of place as an existence category, producing the quotidian, it is possible to visualize its historical inscriptions and its possibilities to resist aiming the construction of the social subject. Thus, two researches with the same method, the Life History, are discussed in this text by drawing a path that shows the force of certain categories, such as place and territory, in order to comprehend the process of subject construction as devenir.Downloads
