The capitalist offensive for world hegemony that intensified after the fall of the Berlin Wall has strong analogies with the first great globalization of capital. The structure and methodologies of the reorganization of the world economy underway on the African continent, under the ideological coverage of globalization and the non-existence of alternatives, are analyzed in a way compared to the phase of capital expansion that marked the history of humanity a little more of a century and a half, and that led to colonialism.Downloads
