Inclusão e prática pedagógica: a ação docente junto aos alunos com deficiência

The inclusion of people with disabilities in regular schools is not only under the responsibility of existing legislation, but also of the school managers and teachers who will attend this group in the classroomenvironment. Thus, this action requires new practices of the teacher, so that he can adapt to the current realities of society, of knowledge, of the student and of the diff erent cultural universes. The purpose of this study was to understand how the pedagogical practice is carried out to eff ect the inclusion of these students. The interviews were conducted based on the principles of oral history. The results of the research showed that most teachers have diffi culty with pedagogical practice; education plays a very important role in the process of social change; it is not possible to make changes without the commitment of all the people who are involved in this area.
