A feasible educommunication: an analysis of the curriculum proposal to elementary school of Brazilian Ministry of Education

This article concerns a historical moment in the definition of education policies in Brazil, seeking to collect and evaluate information on the thinking of the Brazilian elite for the possible approach procedures between the Communication, their languages and technologies and basic education. It takes as an object of study, curriculum reform proposal draft made available for public consultation in the second half of 2015. The document was drawn up under the responsibility of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, following the approval in July 2014 by Congress, the National Education Plan.
