Abstract

The activities proposed in this issue are organized around three themes: political inclusion, specially of young people in search of their national identity; the belief in a possible digital exclusion; and, eventually, the cultural inclusion and popular culture. The first theme relates to the contribution of cinema as a way to register the memory of the Brazilian military dictatorship. The second theme deals with the issue of digital inclusion through the analysis of the migration from analogue television to the digital one. The third one brings the always present discussion between popular
culture, high culture and mass culture from the perspective of the circus theater.
