Nowadays ICT become an important territory for the production and socio-cultural transformation, with the production of new values, meanings and social practices guided by collaborationand network interaction. In a context of discussion about indicators of computer access and the Internet, this research uses netnography to map the emerging informational literacies and digital inclusion of older people in the digital inclusion program AcessaSP.
