Abstract

This article examines the general laws of administrative proceedings in Spain and Brazil and using as theoretical framework the paradigm of sustainability. In this respect, at first, it shows the relevance of administrative procedures and organizational skills under the legal and political landscape of legislative initiatives in Spanish and Brazilian states. Subsequently, it shows the theoretical framework of sustainability and the point of intersection with the administrative process, especially regulated in Spain and Brazil.
