Perspectives of the European Integration

Abstract

Notwithstanding some incidental problems, European integration is far too to important be neglected, both for the relevant practice it brought to the European continent, overcoming centuries of war and conflicts, and also for the changes in legal theory and concepts about law; in the European integration experience the reality of a consistent process and the recurrence of enduring myths are combined, and all these aspects can only be understood if placed in their historical context.
