Abstract

It is reported the utilization of bupivacaine like an anesthetic agent at local anaesthesic by infiltration in 21 dogs submitted to different surgeries. In all cases, the drug revealed efficient anaesthetic action and it did not present undesirable collateral effects under clinical surgical viewpoint.
