Contribution to the study of arterial vascularization in bovine Fetuses (Bos taurus)

The origin, number and ordering of the thymics arteries were studied in 30 bovine fetuses (Bos taurus), 16 female and 14 male in various stages of development. They had been injected with solution of Neoprene latex “450” and fixed in formol at 10.0%. The thymus receives contribution from the brachiocephalic trunk, and from the right and the left common carotid arteries, from the left intern al thoracic artery, from the left external thoracic artery and from the left cranial thyroid artery. It was observed several thymics collaterals that is eight - 8 cases; seven - 7 cases; six - 6 cases; five - 4 cases; ten - 3 cases; nine - 1 case; eleven - 1 case. Finally, concerning the aspect s of ordering, it is own of each case.
