Abstract

The lecture must be adapted to the spectators’ needs not only during its elaboration, but also in real time during the presentation. We discuss techniques of verbal and non-verbal communication that can be implemented to understand the spectators’ needs and that allow the presenter to intervene to direct the attention and facilitate the knowledge retention.
