Abstract

This paper relates the application of one Analysis method of industrial task done in an Airspace Manufacturing Company called NEIVA in 2002, with the intention of building a method of task Analysis to identify the workplaces, which can receive people with special needs and help the company actions in its hiring policies of workers with special needs. Through specialized literature, this paper presents reflections about work as a human representation as a social entity and about the inclusion process of people with special needs on job market. Also presents tools developed to analyze the activities, results and the possibility of inclusion of people with special needs on the industry.
