Abstract

The paper seeks to discuss a few methodological aspects on the Psychodynamic of the Work from some techniques used to increase the researchers' resources in the use of their own subjectivity as a way of increasing access to and understanding of the subjectivity of others, and specially of workers at work - object of the Psychodynamic of the Work.
