This article intends to identify aspects related to the problem of communication in Alejandro González Iñárritu cinema — fundamentally the movies Amores perros (2000), 21 grams (2003) e Babel (2006). Through the theoretical interface of culture, communication and audiovisual, cathegories like: ethos, diversity and documental fictionality will be treated in the esthetic perspective of González Iñárritu cinema, as well as in their representation of contemporary.
