Abstract

Communication with the market undergoes transformations caused by the technological scenario increasingly present in the daily lives of contemporary consumers. Seeking relevance in contact with the digital consumer has been a challenge for organizations. Apps are a possibility of relationship and communication, they are legitimate means of promoting experiences. With the feasibility of inserting elements like interaction, music, animation, games, audio and video, the applications are rich forums of information and relationship.
