In Meios e audiências III: Reconfigurações dos estudos de recepção e consumo midiático no Brasil, it is provided an updated map of researches from graduate level about what was produced in relation to the reception and consumption themes between 2010 and 2016. It is highlighted the most studied media genres, considered media platforms, publics, the most cited authors, methods and techniques employed, among other parameters. Even though each chapter has its specificities, it is noticeable, in general terms, the emergency of a new statue of the receptor and the necessity of updating the epistemological debate concerning what is media today.
