Abstract

This paper aims to approach translation aspects from a set of theater plays’ reviews written by L. S. Vygotsky and published in the periodical Nash Ponedelnik (1922, a local newspaper from Gomel). The reviews provide comments to the plays presented by the theatrical troupe Solovstov and have a journalistic and publicist character. The details of the language approached by this paper reveal the style of the author and his mission as a critic.
