Abstract

The paper aims to present a brief analysis on the poetic route of the Mozambican Rui Knopfli (1932-1997) and the portuguese Manuel Alegre (1936-) in correlation with public experiences, of socio-historical-political order, in particular the exile, of those subjects authors. Therefore, it deals with the concepts of self-writing (M. Foucault) and living literature (José Régio and Emerson da Cruz Inácio), points the (dis)paths of those literary productions and, therefore, to better study them, associates events and discussions about geographic displacements (exiles and 'desexiles', from E. Said and M. Benedetti) and subjective ones ('inner exiles', with Paul Ilie and Miriam Lidia Volpe).
