Abstract

Based on distance learning courses used by corporate education programs, this text aims to discuss the connection between digital technologies, evolution of interactivity/dialogue and consequent change of teachers functions, who are now “educommunicators”. They are not the unique messengers of the content anymore, they are now mediators of the educational process, who foments the reflection and interactivity near the participants of the course, in order to stimulating the construction of knowledge.
