Abstract

The present edition of Rumores, scientific online magazine focused on the field communication, language and media, has the editorial opportunity of delivering a wide range of articles on the subject of the journalistic practices included not only in the special Dossier Theoretical and methodological chalenges to journalism studies, gathering the works presented at the 10o. conference of the Brazilian Association of Journalism Researchers, but also troughout the edition. As they are put toghether, the articles present the journalistic practices in their symbolic richness while trying to draw the lines in face of other knowledge practices in association or in opposition.
