Abstract

The seminar Visibility of the unknown was held in november 2013 at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais counting on the organization the research group Narrative and Media. It was able gather researchers from all over the country in order to debate the inclusion of the masses, the contrast between anonymity and celebrity life, the shift in current mediatic places, amongst other issues. We have divided the dossier in two major sections. The first one of them presents the articles studying media forms of enunciation and how they aesthetically shape the unknown interlocking narrative and society. The second section makes a cohesive point on the relationship established between the media and public demonstrations.
