Traducción del español al esloveno, Mortadelo y Filemón, Cómic.Abstract
The following article analizes the translation of various comic books of Mortadelo y Filemón (in English better known as Mort & Phil) from the Spanish comic author Francisco Ibañez (Barcelona, 1936) into the Slovene language. To translate, as we already know, is to construct bridges of recognition and intercultural dialogue between cultures and nations. The translater, Marjeta Drobnič (Ljubljana, 1966), has put a classic and well known Spanish comic closer to the Slovene public with creative, ingenious and witty soluctions on many levels cultural, linguistic and sociological). She has created a solid bridge between the Spanish and the Slovene culture.
