The text analyzes some of the changes occurred in the interface between Education and Communication, focusing particularly on televised communication – a discussion that reached its peak in Latin America in the 1980s. After providing a brief history of the evolution of the subject in that period, the text discusses the main challenges faced by those who work on these means of communication with children and proposes activity models and public policies to reinforce their benets.Downloads
